Patient Advisory Consultant

As a Patient Advisory Consultant, Rosetta is responsible for connecting with safety net patients, advocating access to quality health care for all, and overseeing the RHC’s Patient Advisory Board.


Past Work

Rosetta has been a Patient Advocate and Ombudsman for the past 35 years.  Prior to joining the RHC in 2013, she served as Ombudsman and Community Service Manager at St. Louis Regional Medical Center, which later became St. Louis ConnectCare. Rosetta has received and managed several grants over the course of her career including a grant from the State of Missouri to promote abstinence among Urban Youth and a grant from Health Literacy Missouri for her project to promote health empowerment for the medically underserved in St. Louis City.

Education and Involvement

Rosetta earned her Bachelor of Science degree at St. Louis University and her graduate degree in Hospital Administration from Webster University.

Rosetta was a 2012 St. Louis American Salute to Excellence in Health Care award winner, focused on seeking the truth for patients, and also honored as their 2020 Lifetime Achiever in Health Care. She serves on several advisory boards and is the past-president of Missouri Eastern Region Minority Health Alliance.
