Sean joined the St. Louis Regional Health Commission in 2016 as Manager of Training and Technical Assistance for Alive and Well Communities. In this capacity, Sean will work with the Alive and Well STL initiative to provide trainings and support to individuals and organizations working to make our region trauma informed.

Sean comes to the St. Louis Regional Health Commission with over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, ranging from public health education to most recently, community mental health. Sean has implemented trauma-specific interventions and helped to foster trauma-informed environments. He is a recognized Train-the-Trainer by Community Connections in various TREM interventions (Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model) and Trauma-Informed Care. Additionally, Sean has a passion for raising awareness of mental health issues and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the DBSA St. Louis Empowerment Center.
