On July 21, 2010, the RHC approved the creation of a “Pilot Program Planning Team.” The RHC shares financial, enrollment, and customer service reports about the Demonstration project with the Pilot Program Planning Team, as well as to the Operations and Finance subcommittees that report to the Pilot Program Planning Team. Members of the community, health center leadership, health center medical staff, and representatives from other medical providers in the St. Louis region are represented on these committees.
