Vice President of Strategic Engagement
Rikki Takeyama Menn joined the St. Louis Regional Health Commission in 2014 and serves as the Vice President of Strategic Engagement. In this role, Rikki manages the Commission’s Advisory Boards and engagement efforts with community members and stakeholders.
Prior to joining the Commission, Rikki worked as a residency coordinator for the Department of Neurosurgery at Washington University in St. Louis.
Education and Involvement
Rikki earned her undergraduate degree in marketing and her master’s degree in strategic leadership from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, where she worked in their alumnae relations and admissions departments, engaging critical stakeholders.
Rikki serves as the President-Elect of the St. Louis chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives and member of the Helping Hands (endowment board) for the St. Louis Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center. She also serves as a co-chair for the Basic Needs and Economic Opportunity allocations panel for United Way of Greater St. Louis. In addition, Rikki was a member of the 2016-2017 FOCUS Leadership St. Louis class.
