Leadership

Staff

The Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM) staff is dedicated to improving health care access and delivery to the uninsured and underinsured. Click here to learn more about our team.

Commissioners

The Community Health Commission is an appointed body that is dedicated to ensuring the financial sustainability of the health care safety net in St. Louis, developing and sustaining an integrated health care system for those most in need, and serving as point-of-contact for State/Federal agencies regarding health care safety net issues.

Community Advisory Board

CHCM Community Advisory Board members meet monthly to provide direct input to the RHC’s work. Community Advisory Board members identify and provide feedback regarding important regional health issues, act as a sounding board for RHC initiatives, and serve as a vehicle for dissemination of information around important health issues to the broader St. Louis community.

Provider Services Advisory Board

CHCM Provider Services Advisory Board members meet monthly to provide direct input to the CHCM’s work. Provider Services Advisory Board members are community providers who identify and provide feedback regarding important regional health issues, act as a sounding board for CHCM initiatives, and serve as a vehicle for dissemination of information around important health issues to community members, organizations, and individuals utilizing the St. Louis safety net.

Patient Advisory Board

The Patient Advisory Board represents the voice of patients. Leading from lived experience, all members have navigated the health care system without insurance, under Medicaid coverage, or through the Gateway to Better Health Program. This team identifies and defines barriers within the health care safety net, provides input on the community impact of regional health care issues, and acts as a sounding board for CHCM initiatives. The Patient Advisory Board members meet monthly to advise and shape the CHCM’s work.
