On April 7, the St. Louis chapter of Graduate Women in Science hosted their annual conference at the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus. This year’s event, “Diverse voices in STEM”, featured a full day’s worth of presentations and conversations, including a panel discussion about non-academic jobs. Riisa Rawlins, RHC Chief Operations and Strategy Officer, joined the panel to discuss her experience navigating her path and career following college and graduate school.
