Manager of Data and Accountability
Molly serves as the Manager of Data and Accountability. In this role, Molly helps designs and executes results-driven evaluation strategies for the organization’s programming.
Past Work
Before joining Alive & Well Communities (now the RHC) Molly worked at Miriam Learning Center, supporting families and children with complex learning disabilities.
Education and Involvement
Molly is a certified educator – receiving her bachelor’s degree from UMSL in secondary education with a focus in social studies and brings her passion for working with young people and her belief in their power as change-making advocates to the organization’s work with schools and young people.
Molly enjoys supporting women’s soccer, playing with her Dog, Pumpkin, and chasing after her very busy baby.
