
Director of Implementation in Southeast Missouri
Sean Ivory joined the CHCM in 2025 as the Director of Implementation in Southeast Missouri. In his current role, Sean leads efforts to advance health equity by overseeing local programs, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring that all initiatives align with CHCM’s mission. Sean works to address the unique health needs of the region while managing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and mentoring a dedicated team across the region.

Before joining the CHCM team, Sean developed over a decade of experience with AT&T.
Known for his collaborative approach, Sean excels in building coalitions and fostering environments of stability, even in high-intensity situations. His coaching leadership style emphasizes openness, creativity, and innovation, empowering teams to embrace a test-and-learn mindset while navigating change. With a results-driven focus, Sean has successfully resolved urgent issues and implemented transformative initiatives that drive long-term success and stability.
Education and Involvement
Sean Ivory is a dynamic leader with a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Sean is an avid pickleball player and a dedicated parent of four sons. He and his wife thrive in Jackson, MO, where they continue to champion growth, knowledge sharing, and opportunities that uplift their community.
Sean is deeply committed to community engagement and equity for all. His active involvement in underserved communities, food equity initiatives, and service opportunities reflects his passion for creating inclusive and impactful change.
